Embassy Hotel - San Francisco Hotels .com

I booked a reservation for 3 people and when I arrived, they told me that they didn't know how many beds I wanted. I said," Naturally, I would want 2, since 3 people obviously wouldn't stay in one bed!" They DID NOT HAVE A ROOM FOR ME, so I was shipped down the street to the Red Coach Motor Lodge which was NOT worth my $200 I had spent on the room. It was a LODGE! When I went to complain I could tell they were giving me the run around. I was over it, so I just chalked it up as a loss. I think that if a hotel might not be able to accommodate you, they should call you in advance, or let you know there is a possibility you might be shipped to the lodge down the street!
