Located in the central part of San Francisco, Noe Valley is bordered by 21st Street on the north, 30th Street on the south, Dolores Street on the east, and Grand View Avenue on the west. Neighborhoods of Castro and SoMa are located nearby. 

The population mostly consists of working-class people. You can find dot-com millionaires, liberals and also conservatives living here. Since, the fade of the dot-com boom, housing prices have fallen, but Noe Valley remains a thriving neighborhood whose cafes and bookstores are always appealing. 

The most outstanding thing about Neo Valley is the number of strollers you see in this neighborhood. The air of seclusion and distance from the city seems inviting to families with kids. You will notice, the locals here really know to enjoy their weekends and you can find plenty of people on 24th Street, so join the crowd and party the night away.

When you get hungry go on to 24th Street to Barneys (415-282-7770) for some really juicy and fat burgers. For dinner, step into Firefly (415- 821-7652) located on the same street, which offers tempting sea bass and mahi-mahi. Their diversified menu features Asian and Mediterranean dishes.
