Of all the attractions at San Francisco's Pier 39 at Fisherman's Wharf, the sea lions top the list.  You can see them relaxing and frolicking on docks, just outside the mall.  The sea lions are very friendly in winters; they twirl, bark and play for tourists from around the globe.
